Annual General Meeting

All members are reminded the Annual General Meeting and prize giving will be held in the lounge bar at Curl Aberdeen on Wednesday 20 April at 7pm.

All members should now have received written notice of the AGM from the Secretary with a form to indicate next seasons playing preferences.

In order for me to prepare next seasons ice allocation request I need this form sent back or emailed to me ASAP.

Spring League Winners

By winning their final game last night Katrina Beaton, Alan Simpson, Keith Johnston and Graeme Fisher finished in top spot. The runners up will be decided on completion of the final round of games next Tuesday.

The committee hope members have enjoyed the alternative format of the Spring League this season and welcome any feedback at the AGM or by email in advance.

Last night's final was a tense and close fought game that came down to the last stone. With the hammer Marie played a raised takeout to remove Phil's counter from the four foot to score a two.
