After two ends the score was level at 1-1 but Chris & Jill controlled the third and made the most of last stone advantage and scored a five leaving no way back for Robert and Katrina. After a steal of one in the fourth and then a blank end in the fifth it finished 7-1 to Chris & Jill.

Results - Centenary Trophy Bonspiel

6 teams were on the ice this afternoon to contest the Centenary Trophy.

After 4 games of 4 ends Graeme Fisher, Lucy Fisher, Chris Forbes and Robin Bowden remained undefeated and lifted the first silverware of the season and a bottle of Prosecco each. Robert Shand, Andy Shand, Cara Morrison and Stewart Birnie were runners up with 3 wins.

After the curling 18 members stayed on for Steak Pie and Sticky Toffee pudding and the presentation of the trophy and prizes.
